Orders and shipping
Why does my order arrive in another brand's packaging?
Because we are an authorized reseller, not a relabeler. The Daily Probiotic is made by Winnow and ships in Winnow's own packaging. We could have put our sticker on someone else's bottle and said nothing. We would rather tell you who actually makes what you are taking.
When will my order ship?
Processing times vary by product and supplier. Your confirmation email carries the specific window for what you ordered.
Do you ship outside the US?
Rates and availability are calculated at checkout. If a destination is not offered there, we cannot currently ship to it.
Returns
Can I return a supplement I already opened?
Yes. Thirty days, opened or not. Most supplement stores will not do this. We think a product you cannot evaluate is a product you cannot fairly judge.
The products
Will a probiotic remove microplastics from my body?
No, and nobody has shown that it does. The probiotic we sell has laboratory data on binding plastic particulate in a dish. That is not the same as clearing plastic from a human body, and we will not blur the two. We sell it as a well-made probiotic from a manufacturer doing genuinely rigorous testing.
Then what actually reduces my exposure?
Changing what your food and water touch. Glass instead of plastic bottles, stainless instead of degrading non-stick coatings, powder detergent instead of PVA pods, paper pods instead of plastic ones. These are unglamorous and they are where the real reduction is.
How long until I notice anything from the probiotic?
Probiotics are typically evaluated over weeks, not days. If you are not happy after thirty days, send it back, opened is fine.
Can I take it alongside other supplements?
Generally yes, but check with your doctor, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, immunocompromised, or taking medication.
Is your stainless cookware actually better?
Non-stick coatings degrade with heat and wear. Bare stainless has no coating to break down. It is a genuine swap, and it is also more work to cook on. We would rather say that than pretend it is a free upgrade.
